What this site collects

This website does not use analytics, advertising trackers, or cookies of its own. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which receives your browser's request for the font files.

The questions and comments form on this demo site does not transmit anything; a valid submission is acknowledged on the page only. On the lab's live site, a submission would be sent to the lab by email and kept only as long as needed to answer it.

What the lab collects for an order

Order forms ask for your name, phone number, email address, and, for mail order, a postal address, along with the details of the rolls and services you want. The lab uses these to process the order, to text you a payment link, to deliver scans, and to return or hold negatives.

Scans are delivered through a Dropbox link sent by email. Payment links are processed by the payment provider named on the link; the lab does not store card details.

Retention

Order details are kept for as long as the lab needs them for accounting and for tracing an order. Scans and negatives are held for the periods described in the terms and conditions and then removed.

Your choices

You can ask the lab what information it holds about your orders, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted where the lab no longer needs it. Contact the lab by phone or email using the details on the hours and contact page.

Third parties

Links to Instagram, Google, and Dropbox lead to services with their own privacy policies. The lab does not sell or share customer information for marketing.
